If you are reading this, we hope it is to inform you and not because your order has not arrived as you expected.

If unfortunately this is not the case, pay close attention to the following information about our return policy. At MadridManso you can exercise your right to return your purchased items as long as you follow the steps below and meet our conditions:

First, keep in mind that you have 14 working days from the moment you receive your order to make any type of return.

• Get in touch with us through the email address: info@madridmanso.com indicating in your message the following information about the item you wish to return: order number, name and surname, email with which you made the purchase and the reason of the return so that we can continue to improve our services and products.
  
  
• The products that you wish to return cannot have been used, have flaws or damage (stains, breaks, etc.), and must return with the labels and packaging with which you received them.

• Your refund will be made within the next 20 business days after receipt and review of your return.

The original shipping cost will never be refundable. The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed, except in the case of defective products. In this case, the item may be replaced instead of reimbursed.

It is essential to comply with the aforementioned conditions so that your return can be made correctly. MadridManso reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges of products sent outside the limit of the return period.

In the event that your return, once received and reviewed, does not meet the aforementioned conditions, we will contact you to return the non-accepted items, with the expenses generated by said return falling on the buyer.
